This project was carried out by Multigroup in close cooperation with the Neiver Group in 2000.This Outlet is strategically positioned on the A4 (Milan- Turin) motorway, only 55 km away from Milan city centre and 80 km from Turin.

This large shopping centre is situated in the city centre of Rome, close to the railway station Termini, near the underground.The project includes the creation of a shopping centre of 30.000 sq.m. and with wide parking areas. The Fiat auto store is also included.
