Poggioreale – Naples (IT)

The Fiat centre is situated in the eastern part of the Naples, close to the Circumvesuviana railway and to the A56 motorway. The shopping centre of 12.000 sq.m includes the Fiat centre.This shopping centre is partially reconstructed and partially rebuilt from a 18-19th century building.

L’Aquila (IT)

Multigroup is developing a project in the city of L’Aquila, a city in Central Italy. The project is situated in the northwest of the city center area (9 km from it ). It is accessible from the A24 motorway. This development consists of the creation of Shopping Center, business, trade and residential areas.

Agnano – Naples (IT)

The Fiat centre is situated in the south-west of the city centre, close to the A56 motorway.The 23.000 sq.m building includes the Fiat center, car repair service and offices. Several other stores are also included, for an example Leroy Merlin.

Atrium – Rome (IT)

This large shopping centre is situated in the city centre of Rome, close to the railway station Termini, near the underground.The project includes the creation of a shopping centre of 30.000 sq.m. and with wide parking areas. The Fiat auto store is also included.

St. Petersburg (RU)

Multigroup took part in the study of the creation of tram line throughout the area of development.

Vicolungo Outlets (IT)

This project was carried out by Multigroup in close cooperation with the Neiver Group in 2000.This Outlet is strategically positioned on the A4 (Milan- Turin) motorway, only 55 km away from Milan city centre and 80 km from Turin.

Serravalle Outlet (IT)
